Subway Loop Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

This policy explains how information is handled when you play Subway Loop on any platform, and when you contact Pulsar Games about it.

The short version

Pulsar Games does not collect any information from Subway Loop. The game has no ads, no analytics, no tracking, no Pulsar Games account, and no Pulsar Games servers. Your settings and progress stay on your device.

Achievements are the one exception. On Android they go through Google Play Games Services, and on iPhone, iPad, and Mac through Apple's Game Center. Google and Apple run those services and handle that data under their own privacy policies, as described below.

Information stored on your device

Subway Loop stores its settings (such as volume, controls, language, difficulty, and accessibility options), your best times, the anomalies you have found, and the achievements you have unlocked locally on your device. Pulsar Games does not receive this data.

Deleting the game removes this data, subject to your device's and platform's backup behavior.

Google Play Games Services (Android)

On Android, Subway Loop uses Google Play Games Services for achievements. If you have a Play Games profile, Google Play Games signs you in to the game and the game reports the achievements you unlock to it. Subway Loop does not use Play Games leaderboards, saved games, friends lists, or events.

Google, not Pulsar Games, collects and processes this data. According to Google's description of the Play Games Services SDK, it collects:

  • your Play Games gamer identity (gamertag and avatar), when you create or update your Play Games profile;
  • analytics and diagnostics data, which Google uses to improve the stability of its SDK and its products;
  • your progress in the game: the achievements you unlock, and the experience points and level they add to your Play Games profile.

Google encrypts this data in transit. When you sign in, your gamer identity is shared with the game so it can report your achievements; the game does not pass it on to Pulsar Games or anyone else.

You can choose who sees your Play Games profile, and delete your Play Games data for one game or for all of them, in your Play Games profile or your Google Account. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Game Center (iPhone, iPad, and Mac)

On Apple platforms, Subway Loop uses Game Center for achievements. If you are signed in to Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity and the achievements the game reports. Game Center is optional, and you can sign out of it or change its settings on your device at any time.

Game Center is run by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. Pulsar Games does not receive this data.

Other platforms

On other platforms, such as Windows, achievements are an in-game list stored on your device and are not sent anywhere. You can also play on Android or Apple devices without Play Games or Game Center: the game still keeps your achievements on your device.

No ads, analytics, or tracking

Subway Loop does not show ads and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. It does not track you across apps or websites, and Pulsar Games does not sell or share your information. The game does not connect to any Pulsar Games server.

Purchases

Subway Loop is a one-time purchase handled by the store you buy it from (such as the App Store, Google Play, itch.io, or the Microsoft Store). That store processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Pulsar Games does not receive your payment details.

Support messages

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and screenshots. We use it only to respond, investigate issues, and meet legal obligations.

Retention, disclosure, and security

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, and legal purposes. We may disclose it when required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Children

Subway Loop is a horror game for teens and adults, with frightening images and jump scares. It is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age that applies in their country, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Google Play Games and Game Center apply their own age rules and parental controls. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information through a support request can contact us to request its deletion.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Subway Loop, the services it uses, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
