Pulsar Games
Terms & License
Effective September 6, 2026
App license
Your license to use Idle Stars is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). Pulsar Games does not replace that agreement with a custom App Store license. These terms add game-specific information and do not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Game access and acceptable use
You may use Idle Stars for personal, non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices permitted by the Standard EULA. Do not attempt to disrupt the app or Apple services, bypass purchase systems, distribute modified copies, or use the game in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Virtual items and production boosts
Idle Stars may offer optional consumable purchases that temporarily multiply in-game production. The duration is stated before purchase, runs in real wall-clock time including while the app is closed, and may be extended by another purchase. Boosts do not stack above the multiplier shown in the game.
Virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged outside the game. Prices, taxes, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under its applicable terms and consumer-protection rules.
Progress and Apple services
Game progress is stored locally and may sync through iCloud when available. Game Center, iCloud, StoreKit, backups, and device availability are operated by Apple and can change or be unavailable. Keep your device and Apple account secure and maintain backups appropriate to you.
Updates and availability
Pulsar Games may update, rebalance, add, or retire game content to fix issues, improve play, meet platform requirements, or keep the game sustainable. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve player progress, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
Support
For app or purchase issues, visit Idle Stars Support or email support@pulsar-games.com. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Privacy and changes
The Idle Stars Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These supplemental terms may be updated as the game or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
