Common questions

How do I post a panorama carousel in the right order?

On the export screen, tap Save to Photos. Swipescape saves every slide in a single step and in order, so they are your most recent photos, and the export screen numbers them. Start a new post in the app you share to, choose to select multiple photos, and tap the slides in order, starting with slide 1. To post from another device, send the slides with AirDrop or save them to Files from the share sheet.

How does the grid posting guide work?

Your profile shows the newest post first, at the top left, so a mosaic is posted backwards. Swipescape numbers every tile in magenta: tile 1 is the bottom-right corner, and the top-left tile goes up last. The guide shows one tile at a time: post it as a single photo, come back, mark it as posted, and the guide moves on to the next one. Until a row of three is complete your profile looks shifted; that is expected, and it lines up again with every finished row. With Pro, the posted marks are saved with the project.

Why are the grid tiles 3:4?

Instagram's profile grid shows posts as 3:4 portrait tiles. Swipescape cuts every grid tile at 3:4, 1080 × 1440 px, so nothing is cropped from the edges and the seams between tiles line up on your profile. Square tiles would lose a strip on the left and right.

Saving to Photos doesn’t work

Swipescape needs permission to add photos to your library. Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Swipescape and choose Add Photos Only. If your iPhone is low on space, Photos may not be able to save, and then nothing is added: free up some space and try again. You can always send the slides through the share sheet instead.

How do I restore my purchase?

In Swipescape, open Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy Pro. The lifetime purchase is also available to the members of your Family Sharing group. If you have an offer code, tap Redeem code in the same place.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Apple manages the subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Swipescape Pro; or tap Manage subscription in Swipescape's settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current year ends to avoid the next charge. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple processes every App Store payment, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Pulsar Games cannot issue refunds or see your payment details, but write to us if something did not work as expected and we will help.
