Terms of Service

Effective November 6, 2026

App license

On iPhone and iPad, your license to use TinyBuilds is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). On Android, your use of the app and of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. These terms add game-specific information and do not reduce rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Game access and acceptable use

You may use TinyBuilds for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt the app or the services it uses, bypass purchase or ad systems, manipulate scores or leaderboards, distribute modified copies, or use the game in a way that violates the law or another person's rights.

Coins, gems and other virtual items

TinyBuilds uses in-game currencies (coins and gems) and virtual items such as decorations, palettes and tool upgrades. You can earn them by playing, and you may be able to buy gem packs, a starter pack and decor bundles. Virtual currencies and items have no cash value, are licensed to you rather than sold, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game.

“No Ads” is a one-time purchase that removes banners and full-screen ads; optional reward videos stay available if you choose to watch them. Purchases can be restored from Settings or the Shop on devices signed in to the same store account. Prices, taxes, billing and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own terms and applicable consumer-protection rules.

Ads

The free version of TinyBuilds shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner on menu screens, optional reward videos and an occasional full-screen ad at a natural break, never during a build. Rewards from a video are granted only when the ad network confirms it was watched. Ad availability can vary by region and connection.

Festivals, leaderboards and online content

TinyBuilds may download a small event calendar from pulsar-games.com to schedule weekend festivals and their tasks. Events, their dates, rewards and tasks may be added, moved, changed or retired; a festival you have already started keeps its rules until it ends.

Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Google Play Games Services on Android and Game Center on iPhone and iPad, and are optional. Pulsar Games may remove scores that appear to be the result of cheating, modification or errors.

Progress

Your town and your purchase entitlements are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes your progress, subject to your device's own backups. Store accounts, Play Games Services, Game Center and device backups are operated by Google or Apple and can change or be unavailable.

Updates and availability

Pulsar Games may update, rebalance, add or retire game content to fix issues, improve play, meet platform requirements or keep the game sustainable. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve player progress, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is”.

Support

For app or purchase issues, visit TinyBuilds Support or email support@pulsar-games.com. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Pulsar Games is a trade name of PULSAR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

Privacy and changes

The TinyBuilds Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These terms may be updated as the game or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
